Continental Gatorskin Tire

With its triple-redundant puncture protection, the Continental Ultra Gatorskin Tire is ready to chomp up long-distance rides and tackle questionable road surfaces. On the outside, the Gatorskin's long-wearing rubber compound scoffs at worn asphalt and rough shoulders, while underneath, a Kevlar-reinforced belt prevents thorns, glass and sharp pebbles from penetrating. In between the two, Duraskin anti-tear fabric wraps over the entire tire, protecting the rolling surface and sidewall from curbs, potholes and road cracks. Believe it or not, even with all that substance, the Ultra Gatorskin is light enough to race on the weekend.
