Professional, High Quality Bike Fitting

At Inside-Out Sports, we are always improving our bike fitting process in order to maximize power, efficiency, and comfort for the rider. In the last couple of years, we have added motion capture recording to more accurately identify angles throughout the pedal stroke during real riding conditions, and have fine-tuned the method to take several body measurements in order to better set contact points.

As part of our fits, we not only make recommendations, but we make sure that we actually perform the changes necessary to the bike. In addition, during the fit, we offer additional riding tips so that cycling can be more enjoyable and efficient for everyone, from the novice to the seasoned rider. Finally, we don’t pre-set a time limit to our fits as we know that some take longer than others and require more test rides, and most importantly, we offer future re-fits and fine tune adjustments to our customers at no additional charge.

† We offer unlimited fits for a period of 2 years from the original fit. Our goal is to have our customers and fellow riders be as comfortable, powerful and fast as possible on their bikes. We understand that the first bike fit is sometimes a starting point and may require additional fits to fine tune the rider position, after he or she has had time to ride on the roads and cover more distances than the brief test ride after the fit allows. Nevertheless, we feel that two full seasons should be enough to perfect the position and work through any issues that the rider may face.

Note: Each of our fitters (Cid, Corey and Mark) have over 20 years of industry and fitting experience and are accomplished riders and triathletes who have the theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of bike fitting.
